Delivery Conditions

The sale prices of our products do not include transport and shipping costs. These are charged separately, depend on the country and value of the goods, and can be found in our shipping costs list. Furthermore, a weight surcharge of €3.90 will be charged for products weighing 12.5 kg or more.

Delivery will only be made after the buyer has fulfilled all of their obligations (order, payment, acceptance of the terms and conditions).

Delivery time
The delivery time for a product in stock should be 2-4 working days for standard shipping. Exact delivery details can be found for each product. If the products are in stock and the order process is complete, the goods will be ready for dispatch within 24 hours on working days. We strive to use the most convenient shipping method for your parcel. You will be notified as soon as the parcel has been handed over to a delivery service.

Delivery Service
Our delivery services always strive to deliver the shipment as quickly as possible. Should delivery delays occur from time to time, we ask for your understanding. These delays are usually due to weather or traffic conditions. Partial deliveries are permitted. No additional shipping costs will be charged. Complaints about partial deliveries do not entitle the buyer to refuse further deliveries or the entire order. Please note that all information regarding shipping or delivery of a product is merely an estimate and approximate guideline. They do not represent binding or guaranteed shipping or delivery dates.

Freight Forwarding
Larger quantities are delivered on a pallet by a freight forwarding company. You will be contacted by phone in advance, and an appointment will be arranged. Delivery is generally made to the curb of the specified address.

Packaging
Your order will be packaged in moisture-resistant and tear-resistant cardboard boxes that are ideal for animal feed and can be disposed of with recycled paper. For the sake of the environment, you may receive goods in a reused box.

Our packaging material is largely made from recycled cardboard and can be disposed of with waste paper.

Payment Terms
Payment can be made via PayPal, Visa and MasterCard, or EPS - Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer) and is due immediately upon ordering.

Default of Acceptance and Payment
If the ordered goods are not paid for within 10 days of receipt of the order, then default of acceptance or payment occurs. In the event of default of acceptance or payment by the buyer, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract, provided that the contract has not yet been fully fulfilled by both parties. In the event of default of payment by the buyer, we are released from all further performance and delivery obligations and are entitled to withhold any outstanding deliveries or services and to withdraw from the contract.

If the customer withdraws from the contract without being entitled to do so or requests cancellation, we have the option of insisting on the fulfillment of the contract or agreeing to its cancellation.
