Drink the recommended daily amount of 20ml ZELLmilieu2 Base preferably once a day. Diluted in 100ml of still water, in the morning on an empty stomach or half an hour before a meal. If required, we recommend drinking 20ml diluted twice a day. ZELLmilieu2 Base can also be drunk diluted 2-3 times a week throughout the year.
