Product information "St Hippolyt Fohlengold Classic25kg"
St. Hippolyt Fohlengold supports regulated digestion, healthy growth and optimum development of genetic potential.
Quality instead of quantity:
Fohlengold is rich in minerals and trace elements to promote good bone and cartilage growth and harmonious foal development. Fohlengold contains high-quality vegetable proteins and essential amino acids for healthy growth. The starch content is low due to valuable oleaginous fruits, fibres, vitalising nutrients and nutrients that support digestion. Fohlengold provides high-quality nutrients from maize germ, brewer's yeast, herbs and many other vitalising components. The minerals are mainly of organic and marine origin from seaweed. Healthy growth is supported by an optimally balanced ratio of trace elements. Yeast, malt, linseed and certain herbs support a robust large intestine flora and the enzymatic digestion that develops in the first weeks of life.
Strengthened through life:
Foals fed Fohlengold are optimally prepared for the stressful weaning process. Foal gold can also prevent premature signs of wear and tear in adulthood. The foal's specific nutritional requirements are fully met and form the basis for healthy and harmonious development.

St. Hippolyt recommends Foal Gold as a supplementary feed to the basic supply of mare's milk, roughage and/or pasture grass from the 3rd week of life up to the 3rd month for free intake (max. 600 g/day).
Foals with a final weight of approx. 600 kg are fed approx. 600 g Foal Gold from the 4th month. This total amount should be distributed over several rations. From the 5th month approx. 1 kg, from the 6th month approx. 1.4 kg, from the 7th month 1.7 kg and from the 12th month approx. 2 kg foal gold is fed.
From the 18th month (for late developed horses from the 24th month): Hesta Mix or Struktur Energetikum. For heavy or light-fed horses, adjust the ration upwards or downwards by approx. 10-15 %. Oats can be fed additionally if necessary. For special breeds, ponies and good feed converters, the feeding of Fohlengold should be adjusted according to body weight and St. Hippolyt recommends Fohlengold as the sole cot feed. Dosages vary depending on the quality of the pasture.
1 litre corresponds to approx. 800 g Fohlengold Classic
