Product information "St. Hippolyt Hefekultur 1kg"
St. Hippolyt Yeast Culture contains live yeast cultures in combination with highly bioavailable trace elements to provide natural B vitamins to support the colon flora and build up a healthy intestinal environment.
Health is in the gut
The term microbiome refers to the totality of all microorganisms that are found on and in the body. The intestinal flora is the intestinal microbiome, which is made up of billions of microorganisms. This sensitive system can be jeopardised by unbalanced feeding or poor quality basic feed. Should this occur, it is advisable to positively support the growth and quality of healthy intestinal flora by feeding live yeast cultures and trace elements. This creates an active symbiosis that inhibits undesirable microorganisms.
Highly bioavailable micronutrients are combined in the St. Hippolyt yeast culture to build up the intestinal flora and enzymatic digestion with live yeast cultures. The result is rapid growth and high quality of the "good" intestinal bacteria already present. In the long term, a digestive tract characterised by stability improves the immune system, the natural synthesis of B vitamins and in this way makes a fundamental contribution to the horse's well-being, vitality and performance.
A more effective digestion of roughage and pasture feed is favoured by a harmonious intestinal flora and the absorption of active substances and nutrients into the blood is promoted. Feeding live yeast cultures and micronutrients over a longer period of time greatly increases the nutritional level. St. Hippolyt yeast culture is ideally suited for heavy-fed and old horses, for horses with digestive problems, during coat changes, to promote hoof growth and for hard-working sport horses, broodmares and foals.
