Product information "St. Hippolyt HESTAplus Eisen 1kg"
St. Hippolyt Hestaplus concentrates have a very high bioavailability. This means that the organically bound nutrients can be absorbed particularly quickly via the intestine into the blood and the organism. The veterinarian is responsible for determining nutrient deficiencies with the help of an appropriate blood profile. Certain nutrient deficiencies can also be detected with the help of hair analyses - in some cases with the trained eye.
Early nutrient deficiencies are indicated by the following signs:
- Coat and skin changes
- Changes in the hoof structure
- Tension in the muscles
- Restriction of the joy of movement
- Changes in temperament
- Digestive disorders
The lack of one or more nutrients can seriously disrupt and delay healing. Nutritional problems that are considered typical include
- Susceptibility to infections
- Tendency to eczema and allergies
- Wound healing disorders
- Fertility problems
- Osteoarthritis and OCD
- hoof problems
- Muscle diseases
- Acidosis
- Digestive disorders
- Mauke
- Metabolic problems (e.g. EMS)
- Skin and coat problems
In addition to structural tasks, minerals and trace elements are responsible for equipping the enzyme system. Disruptions in enzyme activity lead to metabolic problems, which can manifest themselves differently in each individual. Nutrient deficiencies worsen gradually and remain unrecognised for a long time. Long-term unbalanced nutrient deficiencies can manifest themselves in serious illnesses.
Signs of an EISEN deficiency can be
Anaemia, susceptibility to infections, poor performance
