Starhorse Derma-Med has been specially developed for the horse's skin and coat. The product has a balanced composition of minerals and vitamins. Skin problems and diseases, dandruff, itching, fungi, eczema, etc. are caused not only by the ever-increasing environmental pollution and aggressive sunlight, but also by ever-increasing pollutant excretions (heavy metals). Starhorse has developed the product Derma-Med to combat these problems. Not only does it contain important minerals and vitamins, but the added microalgae powder Spirulina-T allows Starhorse Derma-Med to develop its full effect through a synergistic effect.
Quality note:
Like all Starhorse products, Starhorse Derma-Med is produced in pure food quality. Thanks to this high level of quality, Starhorse Derma-Med can be fed in very low doses, resulting in a very long yield period. (see feeding instructions with yield period). The Spirulina-T microalgae powder used comes from strictly controlled cultivation in mineral-rich water without any pesticides or insecticides. Unlike conventional algae powders, Spirulina-T is not dehydrated using heat (rapid drying), but gently dried at a low temperature over a long period of time. This gentle drying process preserves all the important and health-promoting nutrients and makes Starhorse Derma-Med an ideal problem solver for skin or coat problems.

If you start feeding Starhorse Derma-Med 2 months before the change of coat, this has a positive and recognisable effect on the change of coat. Feeding Starhorse Derma-Med together with Starhorse Vitalmix, which is available from the Starhorse product range, significantly increases the effect and response time of both products.

So ist es unser Ziel, mit qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten den Anforderungen des Freizeitpferdes bis hin zum Sportpferd gerecht zu werden und nicht durch unkontrollierte Massenproduktion nur ein weiterer Futtermittelerzeuger am Markt zu sein.
Bereits bei der Auswahl der von uns verwendeten Rohstoffe beginnt die Qualitätskontrolle. Billigrohstoffe von sogenannten Ost-Anbietern (starke Umweltbelastung, Keimbelastung, usw.) oder aus China finden bei uns absolut keine Verwendung, da deren Qualität sehr gering ist und vom Organismus des Pferdes kaum bzw. nur sehr schwer aufgenommen werden können. Des Weiteren können durch Keimbelastung, sowie durch die enthaltenen toxischen (giftigen) Stoffe, wie z.B. Schwermetalle und Umweltgifte, gesundheitliche Probleme auftreten.
Eines der wichtigsten Qualitätsmerkmale aller Starhorse Pro-dukte liegt vor allem darin, dass wir ausschließlich Rohstoffe in geprüfter Lebensmittelqualität verarbeiten, welche automatisch eine bestmögliche Bioverfügbarkeit garantieren.
