Product information "Agrobs Seniormineral 10kg Nachfüller "
Comprehensive care for older horses and horses with increased nutritional requirements
Agrobs Seniormineral provides horses with all the essential micronutrients right into old age. The older a horse gets, the more likely it is to develop age-related problems. These include, for example, an inability to properly chew feed due to deteriorating teeth, or even a reduced ability to absorb and synthesise nutrients in the gut. Metabolic disorders such as PPID (Equine Cushing’s Syndrome) occur more frequently in older horses and lead to altered metabolic function.
This makes it all the more important to ensure an adequate supply of vitamins, trace elements and essential amino acids. In addition to the fat-soluble vitamins A, D and E, Agrobs Seniormineral also provides valuable B vitamins, biotin and vitamin C to comprehensively meet the needs of ageing horses. Thanks to the addition of zinc, selenium, copper and iodine, nutritional deficiencies that arise from a diet consisting solely of hay are specifically addressed. To support muscle development and maintenance, Agrobs Seniormineral is enriched with essential amino acids.
Thanks to its grain- and molasses-free formula based on natural green fibre, Agrob’s Senior Mineral is suitable for all horse breeds and types. The low starch and sugar content also ensures that the nutritional needs of horses with sensitive metabolisms are met.

- (1 level measuring spoon = approx. 15 g)
Due to its higher content of vitamins and trace elements compared with complete feeds, this supplementary feed must only be fed to horses in quantities not exceeding 1.7 per cent of the daily ration (including hay).
