Grain-free muesli* with omega-3 fatty acids to support the skin’s natural functionsWith DHA: highly bioavailable omega-3 fatty acidsWith black cumin, marigold and the plant-based complex Josera EquiFlavin®A grain-, alfalfa-, soya- and molasses-free formula with no added mineralsJosera Help Omega SkinCare is an innovative specialised feed for horses with sensitive skin or skin stress, which are often linked to a sensitive digestive system or feed intolerances. The formula therefore deliberately excludes cereals, lucerne, soya and molasses. Thanks to its particularly low starch and sugar content, this feed is ideal for horses prone to skin reactions or metabolic problems.Josera Help Omega SkinCare has been developed in line with the latest nutritional research. It contains DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) – a highly bioavailable omega-3 fatty acid derived from sustainably cultivated microalgae (Schizochytrium). This long-chain fatty acid is an important building block for skin structures and can therefore help maintain a resilient skin barrier. A balanced supply of omega-3 fatty acids can also promote the horse’s general well-being – particularly when the skin is under increased stress. The plant-based complex Josera EquiFlavin® contains extracts of apple and grape. These phytochemicals (flavonoids) can help protect cells and support the skin’s natural balance, particularly during periods of increased stress caused by the change of coat, weather conditions or external irritants such as insects or sweat. Black cumin and marigold complement the formula with plant-based ingredients that are traditionally used to support the skin from within, thereby helping to promote a well-cared-for and healthy complexion.Minerals, trace elements and vitamins have been deliberately omitted to allow for a supplement tailored to the individual animal. When used in combination with Josera Help Skin & Hair Balancer, this product can provide targeted support, particularly for horses with sensitive skin, skin stress and during the moulting season.

Mineralisation for horses with sensitive stomachsStress, physical pain, inadequate feed quality or a lack of appropriate mineralisation can lead to stomach problems in horses.Regardless of the feeding adapted to the sensitive stomach, the horse needs mineralisation to maintain its health, regeneration and performance. With No. 42 Stomach Flatterer Mineral Complex, we offer the horse a proven and highly bioavailable Dr. Weyrauch mineral supply, embedded in a fine herbal formulation of aniseed, fennel, fenugreek seeds, caraway and liquorice. In the herbal ingredients used, we have focussed strictly on stomach friendliness and the promotion of digestion in particularly sensitive horses. As always, the recipe is free from flavourings and preservatives and has been tested and approved by our Institute for the Development of Nutritional Concepts for Horses.No. 42 Stomach Flatterer contains sufficient vitamin B12 (cobalamin). A vitamin B12 deficiency in horses leads to problems with haematopoiesis and cell division. The need for vitamin B12 is increased in horses that are damaged by stress or pain. Vitamin B12 is involved in the formation of the myelin sheath (protective sheath of the nerves) and thus in nerve function. It also facilitates the regeneration of the stomach and intestinal mucosa. Appetite is stimulated.

A balanced diet for sensitive horsesHorses with sensitive metabolisms, sensitive stomachs or allergies require special care – including when it comes to their feed. Teff grass offers ideal properties for this purpose: it is exceptionally low in sugar and fructan, whilst providing highly digestible crude fibre and, as a natural source of protein, supporting muscle development. The tasty cobs thus become a reliable choice for the gentle and balanced nutrition of sensitive horses. A protein source rich in crude fibre: consistently low in sugar and fructan Teff grass (Latin: Eragrostis tef) is an ancient cultivated plant native to East Africa. Whilst native grasses tend to store increasing amounts of sugar and fructan in hot or dry conditions, teff grass instead produces valuable leaf mass. As a result, it remains consistently low in sugar and fructan whilst remaining rich in vital nutrients. This natural stability makes AGROBS® TEFFCOBS a reliable and future-proof feed – even in the face of increasingly dry summers. Teff grass from specialised Bavarian cultivation AGROBS® has been successfully growing teff grass on Bavarian fields since 2024. This demanding cultivation process requires experience, a delicate touch and suitable site conditions. As a result, a valuable forage crop that has hitherto been scarcely used in Europe is now available regionally for the first time. Versatile use thanks to high digestibility Whether for leisure horses or senior horses – Teffcobs are highly versatile: the soft, tender stalks of this so-called ‘love grass’ provide healthy crude fibre, are easily digestible and are naturally almost starch-free – making them particularly gentle on the stomach. As a single-ingredient feed, it is suitable for exclusion diets, allergies and intolerances. Thanks to its favourable calcium-to-phosphorus ratio, it is also a well-tolerated roughage or concentrated feed for horses that are sensitive to high levels of calcium. At the same time, the tasty cobs are easy to soak and are therefore also a good choice for older horses with reduced chewing ability. Responsible feeding – today and tomorrowAGROBS® TEFFCOBS are a valuable alternative for horses that require a low-sugar, low-fructan diet. As a low-sugar grass variety grown in Bavaria, they combine innovation, regional sourcing and digestibility – for a natural and needs-based nutrient supply for sensitive horses – today and in the future.APPLICATION:to supplement and enhance roughageas part of the roughage ration to balance out hay that is particularly high in sugar and fructanas a complete roughage substitute (following individual feeding advice)as a concentrate or cereal substitutefor horses with sensitive metabolism and digestionfor senior horses and those with dental problemsfor exclusion diets, allergies and intolerances (e.g. alfalfa)
Pavo EasyMix has a very low sugar and starch content. The content is so low that it is suitable for ponies and horses that are sensitive to sugar, are prone to or already suffer from metabolic disorders (e.g. laminitis, Cushing's disease, PSSM). Due to the very low sugar and starch content, Pavo EasyMix also contains very little energy. This ensures that your pony or horse does not get too hot, but also prevents your horse from gaining (extra) weight by feeding concentrates. The daily feeding recommendation of Pavo EasyMix is relatively low because it contains a high concentration of vitamins and trace elements. You therefore only need to feed a small amount to cover the daily requirement. However, Pavo EasyMix is very bulky due to its high fibre content. The amount may be small, but it is still a nice meal that your horse can enjoy for a while. In addition, the high crude fibre content is not only beneficial for the volume, but it also stimulates chewing, which promotes saliva production. Saliva is very important for healthy digestion. In addition to a high content of healthy crude fibre, Pavo EasyMix is enriched with prebiotics to support healthy digestion. Flaxseed products have also been added as a source of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. This makes Pavo EasyMix not only a tasty meal for your horse and pony, but also a healthy addition to the ration.High fibre muesliVery low in sugar and starchFree from grain and molassesLow energy content (calories)All daily vitamins and trace elementsMade from plant fibres, among other thingsSuitable for:Horses that require little concentrated feedLight-fed horses (breeds)Horses that do no or only light workHorses that tend to be overweight Horses that cannot digest sugar wellHorses with grain intolerances To keep them occupied when other horses in the stableHorses in the stable are given concentrated feedHorses with stall restHorses that do not like (other) feeds
Sainfoin belongs to the legume family and contains special tannins. These have an astringent and secretion-reducing effect, which can provide relief for horses that are prone to faecal water and diarrhoea for nutritional reasons. The naturally contained ingredients and tannins can also have a positive effect on the intestinal health of horses, as long-term feeding can create an environment that is hostile to parasites. Due to its low sugar and starch content, Nature ́s Best Sainfoin Fibre can also be used for horses at risk of laminitis.
