SPITZENREITER MAGENMÜSLI offers a wide range of uses and is suitable for horses in training as well as in sport. The recipe based on fat and fibre provides highly concentrated energy without having a negative effect on the horse's stomach or temperament. The result: a willingness to perform and at the same time a calm disposition with maximum digestibility and very good acceptance. These advantages make the muesli a pioneer for development and performance with the extra grain-free energy.
Innovation trialled at the Aubenhausen dressage stable
The long-standing partnership with Jessica von Bredow-Werndl and Benjamin Werndl is now also having an impact on the AGROBS product range with SPITZENREITER MAGENMÜSLI. Following successful test feeds in Aubenhausen during product development, the muesli now enriches the rations of horses, from youngsters to top athletes, and impresses across the board.
Several advantages combined in one recipe
The grain-free composition and targeted combination of fibres, fats and proteins provide tasty energy without having an undesirable effect on digestion. The slow release of energy keeps the blood sugar level largely constant so that the horse's temperament is not negatively affected.
The basis is formed by species-rich Pre Alpin® and Myo Alpin® fibres, which increase chewing activity and salivation and support healthy intestinal flora. Lignans from linseed and pectins from dried apple provide the horse's stomach with valuable mucilage, while AGROBS® Pure Brewer's Yeast strengthens the intestinal flora with prebiotic, inactive yeast extracts. Sunflower and linseed oils serve as an energy source, the innovative preparation of which ensures the quality of the valuable fatty acids over a particularly long period of time. The fine particle size ensures better digestibility compared to oilseeds and conventional vegetable oils. First-class protein sources such as sunflower seeds, Myo Alpin® fibres, AGROBS® pure brewer's yeast, linseed and black cumin cake ensure the formation and maintenance of powerful muscles. Soya is not used.
The natural muesli is not vitaminised or mineralised and is free from artificial additives. It does not contain any buffering substances that could affect the natural pH value of the stomach and even lead to increased undesirable acid formation in the long term. This deliberate omission also contributes to stomach health, while the high crude fibre content increases chewing activity and the resulting saliva naturally buffers the stomach acid. This means that even horses with sensitive stomachs can be supplied with sufficient energy and supported in developing their individual performance.
SPITZENREITER MAGENMÜSLI not only fulfils the needs of sport horses: The energy density, which is comparable to oats, also benefits all other horses with increased requirements.Thin horses and older horses with intact teeth also benefit from the energy-rich and stomach-friendly composition.Thanks to its low starch and sugar content, it is equally suitable for horses that are nervous or very temperamental or require a low-carbohydrate diet. Easy to use and ADMR-compliant, SPITZENREITER MAGENMÜSLI is also an ideal source of energy for high-performing horses in all disciplines during the competition season.

Please note that Spitzenreiter stomach muesli is not suitable for horses with dental problems. We recommend AGROBS® AlpenGrün Seniormüsli especially for horses with limited chewing ability .
