Seit dem Pariser Klimaschutzabkommen gibt es erstmals in der Geschichte ein weltweites Bekenntnis, dem Klimawandel entgegenzusteuern und den Ausstoß von fossilen Kohlenstoff in einem gewissen Zeitraum auf „Null“ zu reduzieren.
