When consuming GladiatorPLUS for the first time, we recommend drinking it daily over a longer period (40-80 days).
Thereafter , continuous consumption 3 times a week is recommended. The amount drunk can be adjusted to personal requirements within the recommended intake. Example: Stir 20 ml once a day in the morning or 10 ml each morning and afternoon into 20 - 50 ml of still water or juice or drink pure.
Notes: The ingredient propolis is a bee product. We therefore advise against consuming it if you have any allergies. Consumption during pregnancy should be avoided.
