Original Höveler Oldie-Mix is an oat-free muesli and provides the horse with a nice energy boost. The muesli contains specially hydrothermally treated cereal components that are easy to chew and enable optimum starch digestibility in the small intestine thanks to the high degree of digestion. This significantly reduces the risk of incorrect fermentation, a common consequence of carbohydrates passing into the large intestine.
In the carefully selected recipe, particular emphasis was placed on easily digestible components. The nutrient composition is specially tailored to the changing requirements of older horses. The high glucose content and linseed oil also provide horses with higher requirements with quickly available energy.
Vegetable oils also ensure a dust-free feed, making Original OldieMix suitable for horses that are sensitive to dust. The high flake content in combination with a little extra banana also makes the Oldie-Mix a particularly tasty muesli mixture.

Es ist 1905 die Registriernummer des Kaiserlichen Patentamtes in Berlin für die Erfindung von Arnold Höveler. Mit seiner Erfindung des "Reformhafers" durchbrach Arnold Höveler den konservativen Heu-Hafer-Fütterungstrend mit dem ersten patentierten Pferdefutter in Müsliform, sozusagen das Ur-Müsli. Die Philosophie des Gründers, sein Pferdefutterprogramm stets nach neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen über die Nahrungsbedürfnisse des Pferdes zusammenzustellen, wurde in den vergangenen über 100 Jahren konsequent beibehalten und von den Fütterungsexperten der Gegenwart fortgeschrieben.
