The carefully selected recipe - based on our popular Höveler PUR.GASTRO - offers a grain- and molasses-free muesli for horses. Selected components, such as linseed, provide important fatty acids as well as valuable mucilage, which relieve the stomach lining and make Original PUR.GASTRO MÜSLI an ideal manger feed for horses with sensitive stomachs. The high fibre content of around 27 % also ensures a longer chewing time and therefore increased saliva production in the horse. The sodium bicarbonate contained in the saliva buffers the stomach acid. 100% grain and molasses free, the resulting reduced sugar and starch content, the carefully selected components and a complete mineralisation and vitaminisation make Höveler PUR.GASTRO MÜSLI a gentle muesli for sensitive horses.
PUR.GASTRO MÜSLI is suitable as the sole manger feed, but can also be individually dosed according to the horse's needs and thus supplemented to existing rations. Original PUR.GASTRO MÜSLI was specially designed for horses with a sensitive gastrointestinal tract.

Es ist 1905 die Registriernummer des Kaiserlichen Patentamtes in Berlin für die Erfindung von Arnold Höveler. Mit seiner Erfindung des "Reformhafers" durchbrach Arnold Höveler den konservativen Heu-Hafer-Fütterungstrend mit dem ersten patentierten Pferdefutter in Müsliform, sozusagen das Ur-Müsli. Die Philosophie des Gründers, sein Pferdefutterprogramm stets nach neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen über die Nahrungsbedürfnisse des Pferdes zusammenzustellen, wurde in den vergangenen über 100 Jahren konsequent beibehalten und von den Fütterungsexperten der Gegenwart fortgeschrieben.
