The grain- and molasses-free muesli for older horses. With the PURITAN feed range, Höveler offers the opportunity to feed horses that need a grain- and molasses-free diet a high-quality feed that meets their needs.
Original PUR.SENIOR is fully mineralised and vitaminised, offers a low-carbohydrate formula and is therefore also suitable for horses with a sensitive metabolism. Original Höveler PUR.SENIOR offers an increased level of proteins, essential amino acids and nutrients. This requirement increases with age. Adapted to the nutritional requirements of an older horse, this muesli contains less energy and instead high-quality amino acids as well as readily available minerals such as zinc, copper, selenium, manganese, cobalt and magnesium. This specially developed combination of vital nutrients ensures a balanced diet for horses, even with increased requirements in old age. PUR.SENIOR can be soaked in water in a short time if required and can therefore also be fed as a mash. Lucerne and pea flakes ensure an optimum supply of amino acids. Digestive raw materials such as apple pomace and brewer's yeast have a positive effect on the intestinal flora and thus support the vitality of the ageing horse.

Es ist 1905 die Registriernummer des Kaiserlichen Patentamtes in Berlin für die Erfindung von Arnold Höveler. Mit seiner Erfindung des "Reformhafers" durchbrach Arnold Höveler den konservativen Heu-Hafer-Fütterungstrend mit dem ersten patentierten Pferdefutter in Müsliform, sozusagen das Ur-Müsli. Die Philosophie des Gründers, sein Pferdefutterprogramm stets nach neuesten wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen über die Nahrungsbedürfnisse des Pferdes zusammenzustellen, wurde in den vergangenen über 100 Jahren konsequent beibehalten und von den Fütterungsexperten der Gegenwart fortgeschrieben.
