Josera Foal & Mare is the high-quality muesli mixture for pregnant and lactating mares, as well as for foals up to the age of one. In the last third of pregnancy and during lactation, broodmares have special requirements in terms of energy, protein and minerals. Foals also make special demands on their daily feed ration in the first year of life. Josera Foal & Mare contains plenty of protein from high-quality protein sources that supply the horse with essential amino acids. These are required for the formation of milk proteins and the optimum growth of the foal. The hydrothermally digested cereal flakes in Josera Foal & Mare are highly digestible and therefore help to cover the increased energy requirement. The calcium, copper and zinc content is tailored to the special needs of foals and mares. Copper, which is particularly important for the foal's joint development, is present in an organically and mineral-bound form and is therefore highly available. The vitamins it contains promote the mare's fertility, support the foal's vitality and promote an intact immune system. Thanks to the unique composition of the feed, the mare produces particularly rich milk, which contributes to the foal's optimum nutrition. In addition, Josera Foal & Mare can also contribute to better foaling by providing the mare with optimal energy and vitamins.

For smaller feeding quantities, we recommend supplementing with Josera Joker Mineral or Josera Herb & Turnip Mineral. 1 litre of Josera Foal & Mare corresponds to approx. 500 g.
