Linseed makes the difference - because it provides the nutrients that have made mash so popular with horses and riders for generations! Josera Mash Rapid is the tasty, beneficial mixture with an above-average linseed content of more than 20 %! The extruded linseed is pre-treated, so Josera Mash Rapid no longer needs to be cooked. Stirred with warm water, Josera Mash Rapid can be fed after only 15-20 minutes swelling time (if cold water is used, the swelling time is extended by approx. 5-10 minutes).
The mucilage it contains protects the horse's intestinal wall and helps to keep it intact. The bran supports intestinal motility and can thus help to prevent constipation. Chicory pulp has a prebiotic effect and supports intact intestinal flora. As Josera Mash Rapid is particularly tasty, it is also suitable as a build-up feed for horses that are heavy feeders or after situations of high stress (competition, transport, re-stabling, illness etc.).
The unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals ensure the best coat lustre, intact skin and stable hooves. Josera Mash Rapid is therefore also ideal for use during the change of coat in spring and autumn. Feeding recommendation 2-3 times a week depending on the size of the horse 0.5-1 kg in addition to or instead of the usual manger feed ration. We recommend 100-200 g per 100 kg body weight. Preparation: e.g. mix 1 litre of Josera Mash Rapid (note: 1 litre of mash = 480 g) with 1 litre of warm water (50 °C), leave to swell for 15-20 minutes and feed lukewarm. If necessary, it can also be mixed with cold water, which extends the swelling time by about 5 minutes.
Instructions for use: This supplementary feed may only be fed to horses up to a proportion of 50 % of the daily ration due to the higher content of trace elements compared to complete feeds. Only feed when soaked. Please store in a cool and dry place. Best before: / lot number: see printed side.
