Josera Senior is the muesli for a long, vital horse life. With increasing age, the performance of the organism decreases even in healthy horses. This changes the nutritional requirements of ageing horses.
Josera Senior takes into account the increased need for essential amino acids, zinc, selenium and vitamins. The adapted contents help to counteract the possible loss of muscle and body weight. It is therefore also ideal for feeding underweight horses of all ages. Josera Senior contains probiotic live yeasts that are activated when eaten and stimulate the bacteria in the large intestine flora. The live yeasts can thus reduce the risk of digestive disorders.
A vital complex of vitamins A, C, E and selenium can strengthen the immune system and counteract premature cell ageing. These properties help horses to maintain good feeding condition. Josera Senior can be fed soaked without any problems in the event of dental problems or impaired function of the chewing apparatus (please always prepare fresh). When used as sole manger feed for hay ration:
Depending on work performance, approx. 150-500 g per 100 kg body weight per day to cover energy requirements. From a quantity of 2 kg per day, a large horse is sufficiently supplied with all vitamins and minerals. For smaller feeding quantities, we recommend supplementing with Josera Joker Mineral or Josera Kraut & Rüben Mineral. 1 litre of Josera Senior corresponds to approx. 520 g.
Instructions for use: This supplementary feed may only be fed to horses up to 50% of the daily ration due to the higher content of trace elements compared to complete feeds. Please store in a cool and dry place. Best before: / lot number: see printed side.
