With chopped straw and lucerne fibres, Marstall Basis is an ideal roughage supplement for breeding and sport horses. Contains oil and is slightly molassed. Sufficient crude fibre forms the basis of horse feeding. Marstall Basis enhances the existing feed ration. The structure encourages the horse to chew more and salivate the feed better. This is particularly important for proper digestion. The protein-rich alfalfa with added vegetable oil rich in omega-3 fatty acids is a valuable source of crude fibre. Marstall Basis is particularly suitable for sport and breeding animals, horses in build-up training, poor feed converters or for horses with hay dust or fungal spore allergies.
