Product information "Marstall Bergwiesen-Mash 12,5kg"
Mountain Meadow Mash is the grain-free and low-sugar alternative to classic mash. Thanks to its particularly easily digestible recipe, it cares for the intestines, regulates digestion and stimulates the appetite - without grain, molasses or artificial sugar, without bran, without flavourings and without added vitamins or minerals.
Plenty of Allgäu grasses, beneficial herbs and proven ingredients to support digestion such as linseed, brewer's grains and brewer's yeast promote normal digestion.
Mountain Meadow Mash is good for your horse when mixed warm or cold.
The beneficial and dietary properties of mash have been known for thousands of years. For generations, stable masters have used the warm feed portion in a variety of ways, for example for (chronic) digestive disorders, before and during coat changes, during regeneration and build-up phases, for sensitive metabolisms, for older horses, horses with dental problems marstall Bergwiesen-Mash combines the positive properties of the classic warm cereal mash with a completely grain-free and therefore starch-reduced recipe.
It is based on gently warm air-dried and finely chopped Allgäu grass. This is rich in natural vital substances such as secondary plant substances. It provides crude fibre with prebiotic properties that stabilise the intestinal flora. Intestinal fibres keep insulin levels low, protect the metabolism and promote digestion.
Linseed meal and linseed provide valuable mucilage, which covers the sensitive intestinal mucosa like a film and, as soluble fibre, has a positive effect on digestion. In addition, their high protein and fat content adds anabolic nutrients and omega-3 fatty acids to the mash.
Brewer's grains and brewer's yeast also have an influence on the intestinal flora and are rich in important vital substances. Soothing and aromatic herbs and apple pomace, which is rich in fibre and tastes good, round off the recipe.
