Marstall Vito is a grain- and molasses-free muesli for horses with metabolic problems. The sugar and starch-reduced recipe is also suitable for sport horses. If a metabolic disease such as equine metabolic syndrome (EMS), polysaccharide storage myopathy (PSSM) or Cushing's disease is diagnosed, this does not necessarily mean the end of a riding or driving horse. Horses with metabolic disorders and their owners can continue to enjoy their lives with a customised feeding, husbandry and training concept. Marstall Vito does not contain any grain or molasses. Hay fibres form the basis of this low-sugar and low-starch muesli, which is ideal for horses with sugar and starch intolerances or horses that are prone to laminitis. The muesli is rich in vitamin E, zinc and anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids. The high oil content provides sport horses with additional energy in a way that is gentle on the stomach. Marstall Vito is ideally supplemented with carrot and garlic flakes. It is generally recommended to feed the feed soaked (1 litre of Vito with 1 litre of water) to hasty eaters or horses with dental problems.

Marstall recommends feeding Vito soaked (1 litre of Vito with approx. 1 litre of water and leave to infuse for 15 to 20 minutes). This is particularly important for fast eaters, horses with food envy, dental problems, poor digestion, etc.
The Marstall recommendations are based on a roughage content (hay) of 1.5 kg per 100 kg live weight per day. It is generally recommended to seek the advice of a specialist before feeding a dietary supplement.
