Product information "marstall Zucht Aktiv 20kg"
marstall Zucht-Aktiv is the innovative grain-free alternative to classic breeding feed. It is designed for all mares and stallions that require a metabolism-friendly and stomach-friendly diet and/or are easy to feed. The breeding muesli promotes fertility. It maintains the mare's body condition during pregnancy and lactation and that of the stallion during breeding. At the same time, it cares for and protects the (unborn) foal. Thanks to its optimum amino acid pattern and organic trace elements as well as important minerals and omega-3 fatty acids, Zucht-Aktiv is perfectly tailored to the needs of the mare, foetus and stallion.
Zucht-Aktiv is an innovative grain-free feed that is gentle on the metabolism of the mare, stallion and (unborn) foal.
In the final months of pregnancy and during lactation, broodmares need a lot of energy, amino acids, minerals and trace elements to provide themselves and their (unborn) foal with optimum nutrition. However, too much starch in the feed can lead to excessive insulin secretion. Together with an excess of energy, this can lead to the mare becoming overweight and cause inflammation (including in the placenta) to flare up. Both can impair the health of the foal, for example in the form of impaired cartilage maturation and growth (keyword OCD). Insulin resistance and metabolic problems can also be the result.
Zucht-Aktiv is therefore the first breeding feed on the market to use fibre and oil instead of grain as an energy source. This prevents insulin levels from rising unnecessarily and is also easy on the stomach. In addition, pure L-lysine*, soya*** and brewer's yeast provide an optimum protein supply. Organic and therefore easily available trace elements and vitamins are tailored to the special requirements of breeding horses.
Thanks to the concentrated formula, breeding horses are optimally supplied with a relatively small amount of Zucht-Aktiv.
Grass, high-temperature dried, soya extraction meal, soya bean flakes, dried grape pomace, apple pomace, dried, linseed, digested, vegetable oil (rapeseed, refined), rapeseed extraction meal, monocalcium phosphate, brewer's yeast, calcium carbonate, sodium chloride, magnesium oxide

Feeding instructions
All feed quantities mentioned should be divided into at least two doses throughout the day.
****Un's recommendations are based on a roughage proportion (hay) of 1.5 to 2.0 kg per 100 kg live weight per day. For lactating mares, stallions at stud and foals, the hay should preferably be from the early 1st cut (for lactating mares up to 2.5 kg hay per 100 kg live weight/day).
Due to the higher content of trace elements and vitamin D3 compared to complete feeds, this supplementary feed for horses may only be fed in accordance with the recommendations given here! Please follow the feeding recommendations in order to provide your horses with the best possible feed for the situation.
