dr.Weyrauch No. 18 Mutterglück addresses precisely this nutrient gap. A full udder and sufficient milk flow are not so much a genetic problem in the mare as the result of needs-orientated and carefully considered feeding. No. 18 Mutterglück contains highly bioavailable trace elements in chelated form, which have been combined with traditional milk-promoting herbs. The ratios of the trace elements to each other are orientated towards the special metabolism of the lactating mare according to the results of basic scientific research. The different transition into the milk was strictly taken into account.
The binder-, flavouring- and additive-free preparation and the chelated trace elements enable a particularly natural and uncontaminated nutrient intake and significantly improve availability without burdening the metabolism. Mutterglück has so far proved very successful and has helped mares with a low milk flow to produce sufficient milk within three days, so that the foals were also able to return to normality quickly.
