Information on milk thistle:Milk thistle is now one of the best scientifically researched medicinal plants and is considered an unbeatable plant when it comes to supporting liver diseases. The silymarin it contains stabilises the membranes of the liver cells, making it more difficult for toxins such as medicines, food and environmental toxins to penetrate. It can also contribute to the regeneration of damaged liver cells.
Information on artichoke:The leaves of the artichoke have an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effect and stimulate the secretion of digestive juices, the stomach, pancreas and bile by up to 50-100%. Among other things, artichoke leaves promote the regeneration of liver cells, cell division and blood circulation in the liver. This in turn ensures that toxic substances can be better excreted.
