Information about L-tryptophan: Itis one of the essential amino acids, which means that the body cannot produce it itself and must therefore be taken in with food. The effect of L-tryptophan is often described as mood-enhancing and calming. The mood-enhancing effect is due to the fact that L-tryptophan is converted by the body into serotonin, the so-called "happiness hormone".
Information on Griffonia powder:The seeds of the African black bean are said to support the nervous system in a natural way. Griffonia is said to increase concentration, promote mental resilience and have an analgesic and mood-enhancing effect. An intermediate stage in the biosynthesis of L-tryptophan to serotonin is 5-HTP. Griffonia seeds contain plenty of L-5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). This substance is converted more quickly into serotonin by the body and can therefore help to reduce stress even faster. Griffonia powder therefore provides rapid relief from stress as it is available more quickly. Although L-tryptophan is utilised more slowly, we take advantage of this property to ensure a quick and long-lasting effect.
