As a supplementary feed to the usual basic diet of roughage and/or pasture grass, as well as mineral feed and/or concentrated feed, we recommend approx. 50–500 g per 100 kg of body weight per day. The total feed amount should be divided into several meals.

For older horses, those that eat too quickly, or horses with dental, masticatory or oesophageal problems, we recommend mixing the muesli with water or switching from muesli to pelleted feed, soaking this in sufficient water and feeding it as a mash.
