Starhorse Iso Mineral Plus is an electrolyte preparation that has been developed according to special findings from analysing the sweat of horses. A very high loss of fluids (diarrhoea, heavy sweating due to training or hot temperatures) can lead to an electrolyte deficiency. The horse often loses 15-20 litres within a few hours. If the resulting electrolyte deficiency is not quickly compensated, a thickening of the blood can be a drastic consequence. It can also lead to hyperacidity and the resulting damage to the muscle cells due to poor blood circulation. Weak performance, very slow regeneration phases and even massive circulatory problems are unfortunately not uncommon consequences.

Des Weiteren können durch Keimbelastung, sowie durch die enthaltenen toxischen (giftigen) Stoffe, wie z.B. Schwermetalle und Umweltgifte, gesundheitliche Probleme auftreten.
