Starhorse Electrolyte Liquid quickly and effectively compensates for electrolyte deficiencies and promotes a stable fluid balance in the horse's organism. A very high loss of fluids (diarrhoea, heavy sweating due to training or hot temperatures) can lead to an electrolyte deficiency. The horse often loses 15-20 litres within a few hours. If the resulting electrolyte deficiency is not quickly compensated, a thickening of the blood can be a drastic consequence. It can also lead to hyperacidity and the resulting damage to the muscle cells due to poor blood circulation. Weak performance, very slow regeneration phases and even massive circulatory problems are unfortunately not uncommon consequences.

Bereits bei der Auswahl der von uns verwendeten Rohstoffe beginnt die Qualitätskontrolle. Billigrohstoffe von sogenannten Ost-Anbietern (starke Umweltbelastung, Keimbelastung, usw.) oder aus China finden bei uns absolut keine Verwendung, da deren Qualität sehr gering ist und vom Organismus des Pferdes kaum bzw. nur sehr schwer aufgenommen werden können. Des Weiteren können durch Keimbelastung, sowie durch die enthaltenen toxischen (giftigen) Stoffe, wie z.B. Schwermetalle und Umweltgifte, gesundheitliche Probleme auftreten.
Eines der wichtigsten Qualitätsmerkmale aller Starhorse Pro-dukte liegt vor allem darin, dass wir ausschließlich Rohstoffe in geprüfter Lebensmittelqualität verarbeiten, welche automatisch eine bestmögliche Bioverfügbarkeit garantieren.
